Happy Balls does not use advertising trackers or non-essential cookies on this website. Fonts and images are loaded from our own website.

Personal invitations

During a campaign, we use an essential, secure session cookie to remember which invitation you are using. This cookie expires after 24 hours. We record an invitation being opened once per session and when a registration is started and submitted, so we can follow up on the campaign. We do not use external analytics for this. The unique code from your invitation is not stored in access logs.

Light or dark appearance

You can choose a light or dark appearance. We save this preference only in your browser’s local storage, so it is kept for your next visit. This preference is not sent to us. Without a saved preference, we follow your device setting.

Technical data

When you visit, the web server processes technical information to deliver the page. Server logs may include your IP address, the requested address, the time and browser information. These logs are used to manage and secure the website and troubleshoot problems.

When you contact us

When you submit the contact form, we use your name, email address and message to answer your question. For a business registration, we also process your company name, business type, town or city, and any phone number, quantity and comments you provide. We use these to discuss your interest in ordering. Delivery to our inbox and the thank-you email to you go through Freedom/Soverin. We do not use open or click tracking.

To prevent abuse and duplicate submissions, the server temporarily stores hashes of your IP address, email address and form content, along with timestamps and delivery statuses. The form text itself is not stored in this technical record. These technical delivery records expire after 24 hours and are cleared during subsequent processing. Your message is also processed as email by our email provider, Freedom/Soverin.

A business registration is also stored in our database, together with the relevant campaign and, if known, your company and invitation. We use these details to follow up on your registration and prevent duplicates. They are not deleted after 24 hours: we keep them for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business contact. You can email us to request access, correction or deletion. We also store the language of your registration so we can reply in that language.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you share in your message. We use that information to answer your question. Please share only what is needed. We do not use your message to add you to a mailing list.
